BATIF 1.0 2024
BATIF 2024, convened by MoAL in collaboration with FAO and the European Union, successfully brought together over 250 participants, government officials, development partners, international corporations, state-owned enterprises, technical institutions, and domestic private sector actors. The Forum raised awareness of Bhutan’s investment opportunities, showcased high-potential value chains, and generated significant investor interest. It was reinforced by landmark policy reforms, including 100 percent foreign equity eligibility in agriculture, long-term land lease provisions, and targeted investment incentives.
